11) Hilton Molino Stucky

This is probably the biggest hotel in Venice. Molino Stucky is located on Giudecca island south of Dorsoduro. Although Giudecca Island is administratively part of Dorsoduro you need a shuttle boat to get there. As the name says this used to be old flour mill, it was converted to a luxury hotel in a very successful renovation. As you will notice many hotels in Venice ( even luxury ones ) are quite small and struggle with space, this is not the case with Hilton Molino Stucky, here you have all the space that you would expect from a grand 5 star hotel. One great feature is rooftop pool with great view over the Venice, hotel also has great spa area. Only downside is that you need a shuttle boat to get to Venice city center from Giudecca, however distance is not that big and it takes you just 5 minutes to get there.
